DAKOTA is set on a large plot surrounded by beautiful tall trees and a lovely, wild backyard. When you step inside, the heart of DAKOTA is the large living area with kitchen and living room, decorated in a calm, Scandinavian style. Sitting down at the dining table feels like sitting in the great outdoors - the large windows facing the garden provide fantastic light and a clear view of the deer, pheasants and hares that visit daily.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal without compromising on equipment. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with good quality crockery and plenty of it to create a well-laid table. And of course, you'll also find a Tripp Trapp high chair for the little ones.

In the living room, you can cozy up on the large sofa with a good book from the bookcase, and the crackling flames from the wood-burning stove create a special atmosphere. The cottage also has three good-sized bedrooms with quality mattresses, storage for clothes and a lovely view of the backyard where the sun rises.

The master bathroom gives the feeling of stepping into a wellness area with its large shower room, whirlpool and beautiful light. The utility room has also been thought of with a washing machine, dryer and everything that goes with it.

The living room's patio door leads directly onto the large, newly built terrace, where you can spend many long summer evenings with good friends. The sandpit, fire pit and swing set will keep the kids entertained while the barbecue heats up and the conversation flows. Both in the cottage and in the surrounding area, there are plenty of activities to set the scene for a great summer cottage trip. Hop on your bikes to the beach, go for a walk on the harbor and enjoy the calm days. By arrangement with Karina and Claus, it is possible to charge electric cars.
