My name is Pernille and I'm 55 years old. I'm married to Søren, who is a project manager, and together we have our daughter Nina, 27, and Jesper, 25. Both have flown the nest, but luckily they often come to visit and together we enjoy the nature around the farm. I have a big heart for animals, and I like gardening, restoring old furniture and sewing in the winter - for example, I've sewn the big pojagi curtains here in our B&B. In the main building I have a small hairdressing salon where I take care of my loyal regular customers part-time. When Søren needs to relax, it's mainly in the workshop where he restores old English sports cars. In the summer we enjoy an evening drive in our old MG sports car, so if you visit us in an old, classic car there is a garage ready for you.
We have a Bed & Breakfast because we love being hosts and taking care of our guests - however, we prefer to call it Bed & Kitchen because we don't offer breakfast on the farm, but instead have a lovely kitchen with everything you need.
We love to go for walks in the beautiful nature of the area and to take a trip to the beach for a swim. The harbor town of Juelsminde is also super cozy with lots of shops and a lovely harbor with a fishmonger, restaurants and ice cream shop. Both the beached Kirkholm at As Vig and the bay towards Juelsminde are within cycling and walking distance. There are also several beaches in Juelsminde.
