Very close to the North Sea, and between the fjord and the lake lies the magnificent gem of a holiday home. Carefully rebuilt a few years ago with a focus on providing shelter and shelter for both wind and passers-by. The large windows capture the light and provide views of the dunes. Between the annexes, a large courtyard forms the framework for a wonderful stay. Here the focus is on calm cosiness and wellness with both a wood-fired whirlpool, an outdoor shower with hot water and a sauna, with a view of both the courtyard and the fantastic dune landscape. The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The living room is spacious with a cozy fireplace next to the fully equipped kitchen. Together, it makes the house particularly suitable for both the couple, the large family or friends who are going on a wellness weekend. And if you are up for the cold thrill, the North Sea is just 250 meters away. The area around Agger is known for its outdoor experiences, with a special focus on stand-up paddle, kitesurfing and windsurfing. But whether you are into cycling or fishing, it is quite unique to be so close to both sea, fjord and lakes. And Agger is a nice little town with good restaurants, grocery store and shops.

Meet your host

My name is Jeanne and I live daily in France with my family. We have remodeled our beautiful 70’s cottage with a focus on the stunning light the north west coast is so famous for. Nature's raw and harsh surroundings are in sharp contrast to the way we have decorated the house, which emphasizes cosiness, warmth and well-being. The decor is a mix of our family's French and Danish backgrounds and therefore has a Nordic and southern touch. When you have to take in this fantastic area, which is located at the southern end of the Thy National Park, we enjoy a walk of 6 km, where you get to see the best of what the varied nature has to offer; both the lake, the fjord and the sea.
