When you arrive at the guest house and enter the entrance hall, you immediately feel the soul of the house. The original and authentic doors are a decoration in themselves. The heart of the house is the ground floor which, in addition to the entrance hall, consists of the kitchen, which is open to the cosy living room. It is tastefully furnished with a fireplace and dining area for family dinners. There are exposed beams throughout the house, and on the first floor there are lofted ceilings and two elegantly furnished bedrooms. The house's bedrooms have high-comfort beds with heat- and cold-regulating mattresses. Duvets and pillows are filled with muslin down, so you'll sleep great and wake up feeling well-rested. Throughout, the guest house is decorated with a focus on personality, aesthetics and good design.
Outside you will find our beautiful natural garden and lovely terraces. In the meadow there is a fireplace that you can use while you are in the guesthouse. And although the house is located in the middle of nature, the car can be parked right next to the house.
Bogens is located in the Mols Mountains and is categorised as worthy of preservation. It is the only small village and cultural pearl in Mols Bjerge with exclusively thatched houses.

We are Anja & Morten and we live here in the heart of Mols Bjerge. Morten is a pilot and Anja is a therapist, grief counsellor and Japanese forest bathing guide. Stella is our country dog and she is the most loving soul who is involved in most things at the country house. Our guesthouse is located in the idyllic cultural gem of Bogens, and with us you unpack your soul, your heart and your suitcase.
The guesthouse is located in scenic surroundings just 1000 meters from the sea. Here you will find peace and quiet, and you will get to know nature and the essence of Mols. Bogens is categorised as worthy of preservation and is the only small village in the Mols Mountains with exclusively thatched dwellings.
We love bathing all year round in the beautiful Ebeltoft Vig. Nature is our backyard so long walks with Stella are a daily activity. Morten cycles and organises cycling retreats when he's not on a paddleboard or in his sea kayak. Anja is a gardener and she is often busy in the garden or in the outdoor kitchen, unless she is teaching. We are bon vivants at heart, and can often be found cosying up with a glass of wine by our lovely fire pit in the meadow. We are extremely social and love new acquaintances.
