Our little family consists of Ulrik and Charlotte and our two boys. A little four-leaf clover that loves weekends and vacations and time with each other in Hornbæk. For us it is a sanctuary, a haven where we enjoy the forest and the proximity to the sea. The house is decorated with heart and we think it is a very personal house. Art and furniture with history mean something to us. It is bright and heartwarming, thought about the details and lots of history - that is one of the things we love the most.
Hornbæk is not big, but it has a lot to offer. We love swimming all year round, going on bike rides and in general the closeness that the framework forms around us. We like to walk or cycle through the plantation and take a break at our favorite café, Albi's, or at Hornbækhus. We also visit the fishmonger and the playground at the harbor. Then it's back home along the water. Tegner's fantastic museum is also a favorite, and then we enjoy Elsinore, where both the Culture Yard, the M/S Museum, Kronborg and the old streets are favorite excursion destinations.
