On a cul-de-sac near a lovely nature playground lies a lovely traditional cottage with a renovated interior. The 45 square meters of the cottage are distributed in a way that gives rise to relaxation and togetherness.
Inside the house there is a living room and kitchen in one. The kitchen is new, but the washing up has to be done together. In the living room there is space to cozy up with a good book or drink a glass of wine while preparing good food. The bedrooms have two one-and-a-half beds and one is used for the adults, while the other is intended for the children. There are good children's books and toys for the kids to pass the time with.
The patio door leads out onto the large wooden terrace overlooking the grounds. A small section is covered, while the rest is used for deck chairs, cosy sun spots and barbecue areas. In the garden there is a trampoline, space for ball games and then there is an absolutely fantastic fireplace where you can tell robbery stories and roast marshmallows. The cottage's hot water shower is also outside. Here you get a very special experience of nature when you bathe under the open sky with the birds singing in the background.
The area around the cottage is absolutely stunning. It is only a 15-minute walk to the lovely child-friendly sandy beach and House's cosy harbour. In the harbour you can buy ice cream, catch crabs and take a refreshing dip in the sea - even in winter. There are also always plenty of great flea markets to be found, you can go canoeing or spend the afternoon at a mini-golf tournament.

Our name is Gitte and Steen, and we bought the cottage in August 2020. We simply fell in love with the small authentic cottage with its charm, atmosphere and size. We were allotment garden owners, but the idea of a cottage near the water appealed to us a lot. The cottage and its surroundings give us peace and quiet and the opportunity for intimacy and contemplation in our busy everyday lives. The ceilings are high and we enjoy the birds chirping, the small forest in our backyard and the wildlife.
We have tried to create a functional house while preserving the soul of the house. We have only used recycled materials to build the cottage however new beds and a new kitchen have been added. We still have many plans for the grounds and the attached annex, which we are continuously working on and developing.
The summer house is the home of our five grown-up children, five grandchildren, family and friends who often visit. We enjoy putting on our walking boots and challenging the area which offers woodland, beach and many waymarked trails.

Until 14 days before the agreed time of arrival, you can cancel for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the agreed time of arrival you will not be refunded.
