We are a family of 4: Casper and Sofie and our girl Eddy at 7 and little brother Herbert at 4. We have been living in India for the last several years, and before that we lived in Christianshavn. Sofie works in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and I work as an actor. After our return to Denmark, we settled in North Zealand.
When we go on holiday, we actually just love spending time in the holiday home itself. It's our own little bubble. There are a lot of traditions associated with our stay here. The local fishmonger is a regular feature. Our private beach staircase leading down to an unspoilt beach is also always on the agenda.
Heaterhills hosts many walks and plays in the beautiful countryside. Tisvilde provides breakfast bread. I use Tisvilde Hegn and Asserbo Plantage extensively for challenging mountain bike rides, as here you will find some of Denmark's best trails for all levels.
There are also a number of visitor farms in the area, which the kids love.
