We are a family of 6, with two adults and children aged 6, 9, 14 and 16. After dreaming of a cabin for a long time, this could finally become a reality with the help of inheritance funds. Being able to travel to the cabin together and take a break from everyday life means a lot to us, and we love the peace and togetherness that being at the cabin gives us as a family.
The area around the cabin offers many exciting opportunities all year round. For example, we love cross-country skiing in the winter, and really appreciate the proximity to the slalom slopes at Haglebu, as well as the larger facilities at Nesbyen and Norefjell, which are a little further away. In the summer, we do a lot of hiking in the local area, and being able to go fishing or pick cloudberries, blueberries and cranberries is something that is great fun for both young and old. Autumn is also absolutely gorgeous here, with beautiful colors and fresh mountain air.

The cabin is amazing! We were there in February, so it was in the most beautiful winter landscape with over a meter of snow everywhere. It has the most beautiful views of the mountains and the cabin is perfectly set up to make the most of it.
