Highlights from Camilla

  1. Located next to a beautiful protected heathland
  2. Just a four-minute walk to the sea to the east
  3. The decor is authentic and whimsical

On a beautiful and protected moorland filled with blueberry bushes and heather lies this gem of a cottage. Get the feeling of being in one with nature. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. To be able to lower your shoulders and breathe deeply. That's exactly what this place in the North Jutland town of Ålbæk can do. The summer house was built back in the 70s, but has been renovated with respect for its original expression. Wood panelling on the walls and ceiling, colourful furniture, quirky details, great second-hand finds. Just stepping through the door is an experience in itself. Totally unique, authentic and out of the ordinary. But most importantly, the focus is on peace, relaxation and cosiness. Sit back and let yourself be enveloped by the surrounding nature, the sound of the sea in the distance and the special tranquillity. Aalbæk's scenery is beautiful, so it's just a matter of getting out and experiencing it. Head to Aalbæk Harbour for an ice cream on a warm summer evening. Or go on an adventure in the nearby plantations, which offer rugged and beautiful scenery - and plenty of good routes for walks. What's more, the cottage is just a four-minute walk from the beach and the sea. Swim in the sea, soak up the sun and get sand between your toes. And maybe even better: Be captivated by the most beautiful sunrises over the sea.

My name is Camilla. For me, having my summer house is a feeling that already begins when I turn down Vølvensvej and see the dunes at the end, a feeling of peace and joy. I often catch myself smiling as I drive the last bit. At the cottage I can do things I don't do in my everyday life. I let creativity have its place, we use the beach which is four minutes away. away for walks and paddleboard rides. We also like to go to Aalbæk Harbour for an ice cream, and occasionally go to Skagen, which is only 20 kilometres away. Visiting Råbjerg Mile and going for lots of walks in the local area. We just live differently with our shoulders slumped more, and we really enjoy it.
