In front of the cottage is a small, fenced terrace with tiles and green plants. Here you can enjoy the sunrise and the long view of Ringkøbing Fjord. In the summer of 2020, Stefan and I bought our holiday home in Søndervig. Something we had wanted and dreamed of for several years. We were ready for a renovation project, and we got it. Now we have spent the last 18 months making the house our very own. We both know Søndervig from childhood and have both spent many vacations and warm summer days by the North Sea. Therefore, we were in no doubt that our holiday home should be located here.
We are a big family with five lovely children and our dog, Johnny. We live in Fredericia, and we love the fresh sea air and the calm pace you encounter when you come to Søndervig. It's not a lie when you say that something good happens to you when you land in a holiday home.
For us, holiday home life is synonymous with peace, coziness, togetherness, long walks, games and best of all, family time. And we hope you can sense the last one in particular. We have tried to create a cozy holiday home that invites you to relax and spend time together. We love walks by the North Sea and Ringkøbing Fjord, shopping in Ringkøbing's cozy streets and visiting Vestkystens Gårdbutik, which sells delicious bread, cakes and cheeses. We also enjoy playing mini golf, kayaking in Ringkøbing Fjord and playing Monopoly until late at night. Our beautiful garden invites you to make s'mores and roast marshmallows by the fireplace in both summer and winter. There is also room for games, water fights and sunbathing.
Our cottage means a lot to us, so we hope you'll join us in enjoying it - and taking care of it when we choose to spend some cozy days there.
