My name is Jakob and together with my wife Vibeke we have four children; Iben, eight, Magnus, ten, Caroline, eighteen and Jonathan, nineteen. We are a big family, so it's important that there is room for all of us in the cottage. For us, there is nothing better than landing in the cottage after a busy week, and the teenagers love to use the cottage with friends or to study for exams.
We enjoy many lovely walks in the area, most often down to the water which is only 350 meters away, or further out to the lighthouse at Nakkehoved, and also further into Gilleleje harbor for a delicious lunch at the harbor, if we haven't already stopped at Fyrkroen on the way. We also love popping past the mill and out to Dronningmølle beach, and maybe even on to Hornbæk plantation. Rudolp Tegner's Museum with its many beautiful sculptures in the peculiar landscape is also a favorite destination.
