Hi, we're Line and Morten.
Our names are Line and Morten. We live in an apartment in Aarhus C with our two teenage children Vera and Hjalte. We love the city, its buzz and life, but just as much we love the peace and quiet and nature. Our cozy little cottage on Helgenæs is the perfect place to recharge and slow down.
We have had the cottage since 2019 and spend a lot of our weekends and vacations here. We love architecture and wanted to bring the house back to its original expression, as Friis and Moltke designed it in the 70s.
Helgenæs is a little hidden gem in Denmark, which offers both up-close experiences but also a beautiful National Park 'right in the backyard'. We love going for walks down to the water or to Sletterhage Lighthouse at the tip of Helgenæs. It's also always nice to enjoy the peace and quiet, birdsong and a good book in the garden.
