Covid-19 cancellation policy
We’ve got you covered in these uncertain times. If you can’t travel due to Covid-19 restrictions, we’ll refund your trip in full.
If you can’t travel due to governmental changes in travel restrictions, we’ll refund you in full for the rest of 2021 and 2022. No matter which standard cancellation policy applied at the point of booking.
Get a full refund if you can’t travel
You can safely book a summer house now and if at some point travel restrictions apply to the area you live in or the area you’re travelling to, we’ll refund you in full, including our service fee.
If the above doesn’t apply to you, our usual terms & conditions and cancellation policies apply. See the listing page of the individual home or your booking confirmation email to check what your cancellation policy is.
How to cancel your booking if you can’t travel
If you wish to cancel your booking due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, please tell us as soon as possible by writing to email@example.com. Our Customer Care team will then help you with the cancellation process and make sure you get a full refund.

Why you can feel safe in our summer houses
When you arrive, the summer house will always be thoroughly cleaned, and we follow the authorities’ guidelines to reduce the risk of infection. In most Landfolk summer houses, it is not necessary to meet physically on arrival and departure, but instead use a key box or door code at the house.
