The Building Unforgettable Moments competition (“Competition”) is organized and administered by Landfolk A/S (“Landfolk”).
By participating in the Competition, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
The Competition
The Competition runs from 1 April 2026 until 31 August 2026, both days inclusive (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
To enter the Competition, you must:
- stay in a holiday home that is part of the Creative Build Collection during the Competition Period;
- create a build with the fun building bricks provided inspired by a moment from your stay; and
- upload a photo of your build, along with accompanying information about the build, via Landfolk’s platform in accordance with the provided instructions.
Participation is voluntary. While a stay in a selected Creative Build Collection home is required to enter, there is no additional fee to participate in the Competition itself.
Exception: Landfolk hosts whose holiday home is part of the Creative Build Collection may also participate during the Competition Period without making a booking or completing a stay as a guest. Hosts must otherwise comply with the same submission requirements described above.

Who can participate?
To participate in the Competition, you must:
- be 18 years of age or older (as the person submitting the entry, on behalf of yourself and/or any minors involved); and
- be a legal resident of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom.
Employees of Landfolk, and members of their respective households are not eligible to participate.

Entries
Each entry must be the participant’s own original work.
Entries must not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. Landfolk reserves the right to reject or remove entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Prizes
Main Prize
One (1) main prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- a Landfolk stay gift card with a value of €3,500; and
- special surprises with a value of €1,800.
The main prize winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The Landfolk gift card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and can be used for any booking on landfolk.com. If the booking exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid by the winner.
Landfolk will arrange for the special prize to be shipped to a postal address provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Landfolk assumes no responsibility for delays, loss, or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Monthly Highlights
In addition to the main prize, three (3) entries will be selected each month during the Competition Period as “Monthly Highlights.” The selected entries may be featured on the Landfolk website (including the campaign page) and may also be showcased across Landfolk’s digital channels, including but not limited to social media platforms and newsletters.
Each Monthly Highlight will receive a special creative building set.
The monthly highlights:
- are selected by Landfolk;
- are not selected by random draw; and
- have no influence on the selection of the main prize winner.
All valid entries, including those highlighted monthly, remain eligible for the random draw for the main prize.

De winnaar van de hoofdprijs zal via loting worden geselecteerd en rechtstreeks worden gecontacteerd via het e-mailadres dat bij deelname is opgegeven.
Indien de winnaar niet binnen 30 dagen reageert, behoudt Landfolk zich het recht voor om een nieuwe winnaar te selecteren.
Door de prijs te accepteren, stemt de winnaar ermee in dat Landfolk de eerste naam en deelname van de winnaar publiceert in verband met de competitie (bijv. op de website, nieuwsbrief en sociale media van Landfolk).

Rechten op Ingezonden Materiaal
Door het uploaden van een of meer foto's en bijbehorende beschrijvende informatie als onderdeel van de Competitie, verlenen deelnemers aan Landfolk A/S een niet-exclusieve, wereldwijde, royaltyvrije, overdraagbare licentie, zonder tijdslimiet, om het ingezonden materiaal te gebruiken, reproduceren, aanpassen, bewerken, publiceren, vertalen, verspreiden, tonen en delen, in zijn geheel of gedeeltelijk, in elk mediaformaat, voor promotionele, marketing-, redactionele en communicatiedoeleinden gerelateerd aan de Competitie en vergelijkbare merkverhaalactiviteiten.
Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot, gebruik op:
- websites
- nieuwsbrieven
- sociale mediaplatforms
- campagnepagina's
- digitale en fysieke tentoonstellingen
- presentaties en marketingmaterialen
- drukmaterialen
Deelnemers erkennen dat het ingezonden materiaal kan worden bewerkt, bijgesneden, geherformatteerd of gecombineerd met andere inhoud voor ontwerp- of communicatiedoeleinden, mits dergelijk gebruik respectvol en in context blijft. Door deel te nemen aan de Competitie erkennen en gaan deelnemers verder akkoord dat hun ingezonden inzending kan worden gepubliceerd en gedeeld door Landfolk volgens deze Voorwaarden & Condities.
Deelnemers bevestigen dat:
- zij de oorspronkelijke maker en rechthebbende van het ingezonden materiaal zijn;
- alle personen die op de afbeelding verschijnen hun toestemming hebben gegeven voor het gebruik ervan; en
- voor eventuele minderjarigen die op de afbeelding verschijnen, toestemming is verleend door een ouder of wettelijke voogd.
Deelnemers wordt geadviseerd om het indienen van afbeeldingen waarop duidelijk identificeerbare minderjarigen prominent te zien zijn, te vermijden. Wanneer dergelijke afbeeldingen worden ingediend, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de deelnemer om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste ouderlijke of voogdijtoestemming is verkregen.
Deelnemers kunnen op elk moment verzoeken om hun ingezonden materiaal te verwijderen door contact op te nemen met hello@landfolk.com. Landfolk zal redelijke inspanningen leveren om het materiaal te verwijderen van zijn eigen digitale platforms waar dit haalbaar is. Verwijdering heeft geen invloed op eerder rechtmatig gebruik.
Door het uploaden van een of meer foto's en bijbehorende beschrijvende informatie als onderdeel van de Competitie, verlenen deelnemers aan Landfolk A/S een niet-exclusieve, wereldwijde, royaltyvrije, overdraagbare licentie, zonder tijdslimiet, om het ingezonden materiaal te gebruiken, reproduceren, aanpassen, bewerken, publiceren, vertalen, verspreiden, tonen en delen, in zijn geheel of gedeeltelijk, in elk mediaformaat, voor promotionele, marketing-, redactionele en communicatiedoeleinden gerelateerd aan de Competitie en vergelijkbare merkverhaalactiviteiten.
Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot, gebruik op:
- websites
- nieuwsbrieven
- sociale mediaplatforms
- campagnepagina's
- digitale en fysieke tentoonstellingen
- presentaties en marketingmaterialen
- drukmaterialen
Deelnemers erkennen dat het ingezonden materiaal kan worden bewerkt, bijgesneden, geherformatteerd of gecombineerd met andere inhoud voor ontwerp- of communicatiedoeleinden, mits dergelijk gebruik respectvol en in context blijft. Deelnemers kunnen op elk moment verzoeken om hun ingezonden materiaal te verwijderen door contact op te nemen met hello@landfolk.com. Landfolk zal redelijke inspanningen leveren om het materiaal te verwijderen van zijn eigen digitale platforms waar dit haalbaar is. Verwijdering heeft geen invloed op eerder rechtmatig gebruik.

Algemeen
In geval van twijfel of meningsverschil over de interpretatie van deze Voorwaarden & Condities, zal Landfolk de interpretatie bepalen.
Landfolk is niet verantwoordelijk voor drukfouten, technische problemen, systeemuitval of andere omstandigheden buiten zijn controle die de deelname aan de Competitie kunnen belemmeren.
In geval van vermoed misbruik, fraude of schending van deze Voorwaarden & Condities, behoudt Landfolk zich het recht voor om deelnames te verifiëren en deelnemers uit te sluiten van de Competitie.
Landfolk behoudt zich het recht voor om deze Voorwaarden & Condities aan te passen en de noodzakelijke technische aanpassingen met betrekking tot de Competitie te allen tijde te maken.
Landfolk behoudt zich het recht voor om de Competitie te wijzigen of te beëindigen als onvoorziene omstandigheden dit noodzakelijk maken.
De Competitie wordt beheerst door Deens recht en eventuele geschillen zullen worden beslecht door de Deense rechtbanken.
