A super cozy little cottage with everything you need for a stay. It’s just a few steps to the nature reserve with access to the beach, where you can go for beautiful walks. From the topmost of the three terraces, you have a great view of the ocean and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. It’s in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The host, Karin, is also very nice and helpful. When we arrived, she took extra time to give us the keys, show us around, and offer a few tips on things to do. She was also available at any time to answer questions. We stayed there as a family of five with a dog, and we all had a wonderful time.

The place was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything you need for everyday life. Whenever there were any issues, Derek took care of them right away. The neighborhood is very quiet, but easily accessible. Everything is within a 10- to 15-minute drive.

Villa Isabella was a dreamy place to stay, very close to Perugia. We were there at the end of August, and the weather was wonderful. We didn’t even need the air conditioning, which is available in three of the five bedrooms. The villa offers plenty of space even outside the many bedrooms. There are so many beautiful terraces and places to sit that you can always find a quiet spot to relax. Right from the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Isabella and Andrea, we immediately felt right at home. They’re incredibly helpful and were always quick to answer any questions we had! Inside the house, too, all the essentials were already there to get us started in our vacation home. So we didn’t have to head out right away to go shopping!
