Despite a slightly cold and rainy Easter, we had wonderful days walking by the beach and relaxing at home. We enjoyed the spring flowers in the pots in the garden and the cozy and nicely decorated house. We lit up the wood-burning stove and spent time with the family. There was plenty of room for adult children and grandchildren and we all went for a swim in the hot tub, which was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend this thatched gem, where we didn't want for anything, and hope to come back at a time when the sun is a bit sunnier so we can enjoy the outdoors on the wooden terraces and take a dip in the sea.

Thought the summer house was delightful, I didn’t really use many of the facilities as I was staying close to my family in another summer house. The area is beautiful, very quiet and I enjoyed walks along Draby beach.

The cottage was in an incredibly nice place and the location and atmosphere fully lived up to our expectations. However, the cleaning was not as expected. Some of the cleaning issues were: zero marks around the sofa, the bathroom drain was blocked, dishwashing brushes were worn, windows facing the garden were dirty, and some of the spices and oils were too old.
