My name is Elisabeth and this is my lovely summer house. I am originally a visual artist and now a psychologist with many years of practice. Half of the year I live in Australia, where my boyfriend is from, but I love Thy. I grew up here in the smithy just opposite the old dairy. People here are down to earth, curious, have a subtle sense of humor and take pride in being helpful and welcoming. Here, surrounded by the harsh, windswept nature, my soul calms down. The house dates from 1901 and I renovated it myself with great respect for the original architecture and building style, using only good natural materials. In the interior design, I have created exactly the atmosphere I have dreamed of and love to surround myself with. When I'm here, I love to walk through Kronens Hede Plantage, which stretches to the dunes and the North Sea. I also enjoy a nice bike ride through the forest to Klitmøller, where there are many good restaurants. If I want to get away from the crowds at Klitmøller Beach in the summer, I just head a kilometer further down the coast where you can almost have it all to yourself.
