The studio has been lovingly renovated and carefully modernized. The room is characterized by thick wooden floorboards and an open fireplace that provides coziness on rainy afternoons. Soft light falls through the large transom window, which offers a view of the orchard and vegetable garden. The small, well-equipped kitchen and the freestanding bathtub invite you to slow down.
The spacious front garden is reserved exclusively for you. But also the natural lake and the adjacent meadows are available for you and other guests. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of nature and enjoy the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle.
In the surrounding area there are countless hiking and biking trails, some of which lead directly past our estate. The nearby natural lake with its crystal clear water invites you to swim on hot summer days. Discover the variety of flora and fauna in the surrounding nature reserve.

Since May 2019, we are proud residents of this property and strive for the most sustainable self-sufficiency possible. Our extensive self-sufficient garden as well as our own well, the use of solar energy and heating with our own wood from our forest are our personal joys. Get a full refund if you cancel up until 60 days before check-in.
Your are free to cancel bookings within 48 hours after receiving a booking confirmation or until 60 days before the agreed time of arrival for a full refund. Until 30 days before the agreed time of arrival, you can cancel for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before the agreed time of arrival you will not be refunded.
