Handcrafted cabin with modern comfort in scenic Rauland

Welcome to a unique handmade cabin surrounded by magnificent nature and mountain scenery in the mountain village of Rauland. Here, traditional Telemark style is combined with modern architecture, created to give you a unique experience of nature and comfort.

The interior is carefully designed to complement the architectural style of the cabin, with handmade furniture and great attention to detail. The bedroom and bathroom are equipped with slate floor heating and a skylight offering views of the starry sky. The living room has an old four-poster bed, which can serve as a bed for children, and as a daybed. The living room also has a modern wood-burning stove with cooking and grilling functions.

The outdoor area offers two different seating areas in the stone garden, perfect for enjoying both morning and evening sun. The area around the cabin is characterized by tranquil and scenic surroundings, ideal for relaxing and enjoying privacy with views of both mountains and water.

Rauland and the surrounding area offer many activities, from skiing in untouched nature to fishing in the Totak lake just 300 meters from the cabin. Visit local cultural attractions and enjoy regional art and traditions. There is a road from the cabin up to Vådalen, which is the starting point for great skiing and hiking in untouched nature. The area is popular with off-piste enthusiasts. Rauland has 150 kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails.
