In the picturesque village of Behrensdorf on the Baltic Sea, Tanja and Rolf's vacation home, built in 2023, awaits you. Nestled in a garden with old apple trees, you will find a place of peace and closeness to nature. During construction, only natural materials such as solid wood, clay, glass, hemp and seaweed from the immediate surroundings were used for insulation. Every room is flooded with daylight, while the Scandinavian-inspired interior design provides plenty of coziness.
With an area of 160 m², the house offers enough space for up to six people including babies and small children. Three bedrooms are available: Two of them are equipped with a cozy box spring bed, while the third has a sofa bed. The kitchen is modernly furnished and offers plenty of space for shared culinary evenings. For fresh regional products, a visit to the nearby weekly market in Lütjenburg is worthwhile. The large living room is a very special place at any time of the year. The atmospheric evening light falls through the large sliding glass doors and provides a special atmosphere at any time of year. On cold days, a large ground stove provides cozy warmth. Alternatively, the entire house can also be comfortably heated with the infrared ceiling heating.

Hello, we are Tanja and Rolf, your hosts in our newly built vacation home. We are a family with 4 children. Due to our great passion for traveling, we are often guests in other vacation accommodations ourselves. We have used all our experience to realize our project of owning our own vacation home. Our aim was always to build it in such a way that we would be happy to rent it ourselves. When building the house, we attached great importance to the use of natural and sustainable materials. The entire house is insulated with seaweed from the Baltic Sea, which has already aroused the interest of several TV and radio stations. For us, this house is not only a place to stay, but also a testimony to our passion for travel and our love of nature.

The house with terrace and garden is wonderfully large, the furnishings are very nice, cozy and personal and the house has the best equipped kitchen we have ever found during a vacation stay. The bathroom, shower room and sauna leave nothing to be desired. The climate in the house was great, with the wooden floor and the fireplace. The house is totally quiet. You actually want to move in immediately :)
