Apartment in thatched cottage near the North Sea
Simonsberg
Holiday home
46 m²
Up to 4 guests
1 bedroom
The North Sea and Friesland are the fresh breeze we sometimes need to forget our everyday stress. Here the salty North Sea air blows, the landscape is lush green and slightly hilly and there is a lot to discover. In Steffi's beautiful house you can really feel at home - it stands in a large garden, which is simply a wonderful retreat with fruit meadows and a watercourse. Here you can sit in the garden, sunbathe and watch the sheep in their meadow.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a bedroom, a cozy lounge area, a dining room with cast-iron fireplace and separate kitchen. There are a total of three apartments in the house, all of which have access to the large, beautiful common room with tiled stove. This is ideal for a vacation with friends and families, when everyone wants to stay in one house, but not in the same apartment - so you can spend hours together, eat together at the large table in the hallway, but also create a retreat for quiet hours. In the common room is also the entrance to this vacation apartment, which is a really cozy retreat with the fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen. From here you can reach the garden, which offers many secluded corners for peace and quiet, where you can unwind undisturbed and enjoy the fresh North Sea air.
Steffi is often on the beach with her dog, because her house is ideally located between Husum and St. Peter-Ording. From here you can quickly reach the water, go swimming, surfing or paddling or explore the surroundings by bike or on foot.

I'm Steffi, originally from Hamburg and was an advertising film producer and now I dedicate myself to documentaries. I love to travel and as a child I spent a lot of time on Sylt and fell in love with the north and the sea air at an early age.
That's why I wanted to have something as a place of power that was in the middle of nature and not far from Hamburg. With this house I just immediately got palpitations and felt a very loud YES.
Here I am in nature, spend a lot of time with my dog and love to share my favorite place with others and be a hostess. My house is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Eiderstedt, lined with almost 50 thatched roof houses, haubargen and farmhouses, as well as variously cultivated fields and pastures with sheep, cows and horses. It's a great place to get away from city life and come to rest. I love being a hostess, and all those who want to relax will have a really nice time with me.
