The modern cube with a size of about 75m² was inspired by the Bauhaus style era and is characterized by its 3 m high windows, which capture a lot of light and a versatile atmosphere in every season.

The bedroom is a real gem, equipped with a comfortable double bed that will lull you into a restful sleep. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the bathroom. And as if that wasn't enough, a bathtub with a view of a small pool of water awaits you - a place of relaxation and well-being that you will love.

Now we move on to the heart of the house - the spacious, open-plan living and dining area. With an impressive ceiling height of 4 meters, this area creates an airy and inspiring atmosphere. The panoramic fireplace is the focal point of this enchanting room, inviting you and your guests to linger and enjoy. The numerous window fronts bring the surrounding natural beauty into your home and create a harmonious connection between indoors and outdoors. But that's not all! The temptations of this house do not end inside, but also extend outside. A small pool (3 m long, 1.40 m wide and 0.5 m deep) awaits you on one of the terraces - a wonderful refreshment on warm summer days. Here you can relax and cool off, dangle your feet in the cool water or refresh yourself after a relaxing sauna session.

The unique nature and history of the area make it a popular destination for amateur photographers, ornithologists and history buffs. If you want to explore the Schaalsee with its crystal-clear water, you can do so by pedalo or jump directly into the cool water from the bathing area's diving tower. For stand-up paddlers and canoeists, trips to Ratzeburg and Mölln are well worthwhile. You can reach the Baltic Sea in just under 60 minutes via country roads along thatched houses and orchards. The cities of Hamburg, Lübeck and Schwerin can also be reached in around 50 minutes from Zarrentin.
