Our name is Hege and Øyvind, and we are a family of 6, where the children are adults. We therefore use the cabin to gather and spend time with our children, grandchildren and friends. Our place is called HøyRo-Stua and here we enjoy getting high on activities and experiences, while finding peace and quiet, both in nature and in the many peaceful places in the cabin. Here we find inner peace and tranquillity, and we look forward to our guests experiencing that here too.
The nature around the cabin offers many great activities, and our local mountain lake, where you can swim, is a summer favorite. The spectacular Målselvfossen waterfall, PolarZoo which is best known for its guided tours with ULVs, Tamokdalen which is an eldorado for all Randonè people, Senja and Polarbadet at Bardufoss, which is a great alternative when tired mountain/ski bodies need a little care. These are some of our favorites we recommend our guests to experience when they are here. If city life calls, Tromsø is just a 1.5-hour drive from the cabin with all that a city can offer!
