Our names are Caroline and Steffen, and together we have two little girls. Our beautiful summer house is our sanctuary, where we go to relax and spend time together. Here we can let go of everyday routines and find more presence. We love to enjoy nature and the opportunities and experiences it offers. At the same time, we appreciate the short distance to Bogense town with its many wonderful restaurants, ice cream parlors and summer activities.
When we are here, we often go on adventures and explore nature in the large forest with its beautiful rivers. Adjacent to the forest is the beach area, where we have fun, play at the water's edge and collect mussels. If we want to go a little further afield, we like to take an exciting walk through the water to Æbelø, bring a picnic basket and enjoy the beautiful nature reserve where nature is allowed to take care of itself.

We really liked the holiday home. It was beautiful inside and outside. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, woods and beach of course which is only across the street. The house was very well equipped for cooking, baking, and had lots of toys for children which was great. The rooms were as well nice and light. The surrounding nature was peaceful and quiet. Overall, we liked it very much and can definitely imagine to return for future holidays.
