Inside, a harmonious mix of historic country charm and industrial style awaits you. On the first floor you will find the dining area with attached kitchen, a bedroom and a large bathroom. The upper floor is designed like a loft-like studio, with another sleeping area, a cozy reading corner and a living area.
Outside, you can make yourself comfortable in your own little garden on the terrace, or play Viking chess on the spacious lawn in front of the house. And when the evening sun shines, this is the perfect place to relax. This house has Wi-Fi and is the ideal workplace to be productive in a relaxed environment.
The area around the estate invites you to go hiking, canoeing and swimming in the Urft river. Enjoy nature and leave everyday life behind you.

Since May 2019, we are proud residents of this property and strive for the most sustainable self-sufficiency possible. Our extensive self-sufficient garden as well as our own well, heating with wood from our forest and the use of solar energy are our personal joys. We look forward to welcoming you here to our farm!

Until 30 days before the arrival day, you may cancel for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival day or book 72 hours before the arrival day, you will not be refunded.
