The summer house "straw house" is an organic house, with clay plastered straw walls that provide soft curves and a lovely indoor climate. There are large windows (recycled from an old Copenhagen property) and therefore lovely light, airy and high ceilings in our large kitchen-living room-living room, and from all rooms a lovely view of the 10000 m2 natural grounds.
Here you can cozy up around the fireplace in winter or relax on one of the sun terraces in summer.
The kitchen is large, including a large American fridge with ice cube machine for cool drinks, and there are plenty of board games for a rainy day.
There's plenty of space to hang out together - and occasionally have some time to yourself.
The children also have a small playhouse they can enjoy themselves in if they're not down for a swim or, for example. the adults can enjoy a beer from the local brewery or one of the many other cultural and gourmet offers in Odsherred while fishing for crabs at the harbor in Rørvig.
The beach is only 250 meters away, but other lovely wide sandy beaches and the cozy summer towns of Rørvig and Nykøbing can easily be explored by bike (if you brought one)
