Each room tells its own story, and from the dining room there is access to the covered terrace. The house was built by a Swedish couple from Dalarna in Sweden - hence the name of the house. The woman was an artist and spent her time in the house hand-decorating furniture and other interiors, as well as creating the unique paper cuts with motifs from Dalarna that still adorn the walls of the dining room today.
Outside, the large garden awaits with its majestic birch tree, a trampoline and swing set for play, and the fire pit invites you to gather around the fire. The courtyard garden on the other side of the house invites you to relax and dine in the evening sun. Nature is always close by - with birdsong, squirrels and deer as regular guests.

Together with Sofie and our children, Otto and Solvej, we spend a lot of time here and strive to preserve the unique spirit of the house.
