If you love the water, you will be thrilled by the swimming area with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn right by the house. Enjoy long beach days with your family or explore the lake by rowing boat. The region around Lake Dümmer is not only a wonderful recreational area, but also ideal for trips to Schwerin, Wismar or the Baltic Sea.

Hello, we are Meike and Kai, your hosts in our idyllic red wooden house, just 80 meters from the lake.
In this place we always have the feeling that the world is still in order. The diverse insect and bird life creates a calming soundscape that is like balm for the soul. We particularly love the old oak trees in the garden, which not only provide pleasant shade in summer, but also radiate peace and quiet. The proximity to the bathing and fishing lake allows us to completely switch off from the stressful city life - regardless of whether we dive into the cool water or simply let our gaze wander over the calm surface of the water.
We discovered and bought this gem 2 years ago. Since then, we have put a lot of time and love into the house and garden so that you can feel at home right from the start.
