Modern thatched house with rural charm near the Baltic Sea

The thatched-roof cottage is part of a small split settlement far away from the tourist hustle and bustle between Damp and Eckernförde, just 15 minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach in Waabs. The beautiful and quiet location in a small lowland with an unobstructed view over the adjacent meadows and fields is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the middle of nature.

The house is ideal for families or small groups who want to have a cozy time together in the countryside. Three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed) offer space for 5 people. A crib and high chair are also available for families with small children.

The house was lovingly renovated in 2020/21 and has lost none of its cozy character - just got a little more modern comfort and is now not only suitable for relaxing, but also for your workation in the country thanks to the fast internet connection (fiber optic connection). The real wood floors in the house are all fitted with underfloor heating and the selected, partly antique furniture and furnishings create a special living atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to realize yourself as a cooking enthusiast, and when cooking together it becomes the heart of the house. The light-flooded living room in the former stable building, which has been newly renovated and connected to the main house, is particularly beautiful. There are unobstructed views of the greenery on three sides and a terrace in the garden invites you to sunbathe or dine al fresco. Here you will find peace and relaxation after an eventful day at the beach, hikes in the countryside or excursions to Arnis and Sieseby.
