Outside the patio doors you'll find a fantastic outdoor space. Throughout the terrace, green plants surround you and the soft furnishings allow you to enjoy each other's company. The water is less than 100 meters away, so it's not far to the beach for the little ones, and on late summer evenings you can walk down to the small harbor and watch the beautiful sunset.

Our names are Louise and Nicolaj and we have won this fantastic holiday home. We divorced six years ago, but have maintained a good friendship. Our teenage girls are enjoying it. The cottage means a lot to us and we have thought about every detail. For us, life in the house means visiting friends with good food and wine. We love that the cottage is located in nature and that it's peaceful. As the water is less than 100 meters away, it's also great to go to the beach and jump into the water from the jetty. Together we can go for walks on the dike or visit restaurants in the neighboring town. I, Louise, like to visit and find hidden treasures at the cool, cheap flea markets and flea markets on Lolland.

The house is located in the small fishing village of Kramnitse, just a few meters from the beach. Around the corner, there is a small grocery store and a pizzeria (unfortunately closed due to the end of the season). Further down the road, there are two construction sites where more vacation homes are being built. However, you don't notice this much in the house. The house itself is very cozy with lots of historical little details; the mix of old and new is really interesting. Everything you need is there.
