I bought this house with the dream of creating a gathering place for our large family. As a city dweller, I especially appreciate the peace and privacy here at the end of the road - right where the gravel road continues along paths into Thy National Park. This is where nature begins when you walk out the door.
Our holiday home is filled with good energy. The bright family room is the setting for cozy moments - with board games around the dining table, a nap on the sofa or warm hours in front of the stove when the wind blows. The light wooden walls and cozy décor give the house a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
One of the things we love the most are the three terraces around the house, which allow you to follow the sun all day long - from your morning coffee in the soft morning sun to your evening glass of wine in the last rays of the sun. From here you can enjoy the sight and smell of the large natural grounds.
The area invites you to both peace and adventure - whether you want to relax in the garden, visit the North Sea, surf the waves or take long walks through the raw and magnificent nature that surrounds you on all sides.
The annex is not used during the winter months as it is not heated.
Since I bought the house 4 years ago, it has undergone a thorough renovation and there is still something missing. At the moment it's the two gables up under the roof that are next - so there is always something new happening when the house is not rented out.
