My name is Birgitte and I live with my husband in North Jutland. Our three boys, daughters-in-law and four grandchildren live in Copenhagen, which is why we had long wanted a holiday home on Zealand where we could be closer to family. After a long search, we finally came across the fantastic area and the little cottage, which needed a lot of love and care.
We love sitting on the terrace and looking out over the trees and the many animals. The best thing about the location of the cottage is the lovely nature, including Røsnæs (20 km), the large forests (including at Jyderup 8 km), the child-friendly beach Vesterlyng (4 km), and then it is not far to Kalundborg and its fine culture or the harbor town, Havnsø (6 km), where you can sail to Sejerø and Nekselø.
There is a weekend bed, so it is possible to bring a small child with you.
