A large and newly built holiday home from 2021, built from solid quality materials throughout, with space for the large family including the dog or for 2 families, as the house is furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is furnished with 2 lofts, which are furnished with 4 of the total 10 beds. The cottage is suitable for 10 people and 2 children up to 3 years old. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pumps. The entire holiday home has underfloor heating and is also equipped with air conditioning in the technical room.

The holiday home is 168 m² and was built in 2021. 2 pets are allowed. The holiday home is located on a 1000 m² garden plot. The fjord is 500 meters away. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 5000 m. There is a golf course at a distance of 10000 m.

The holiday home includes 100 m² open tiled terrace area partly surrounded by a fence for shelter and privacy, illuminated with LED lights, and a lovely covered 22 m² terrace area with built-in electric patio heaters. There is 1 large steel and granite garden table with seating for 10 people and 1 garden table with seating for 12 people. There are also 2 sun loungers and 4 lounge chairs. There are cushion boxes for cushions for all chairs. Lounge set sofa. Table and 2 chairs. 2 parasols are also located on the terrace. There is a Weber charcoal grill. There is a tiled walkway around the entire house.

Parking at the holiday home is a 75 m² large and wide tiled driveway with a fence on both sides that is illuminated with LED lights and where there is room for all cars for the large family.

The entire area is surrounded by windbreaks in the form of fast-growing shrubs and trees. There is also a lawn that is mowed by robot and watered with pop-up waterers, both of which are timed so as not to disturb. The entire garden is fenced with a 60 cm high fence with 10x10 cm mesh to keep smaller pets inside. However, there are garden gates.

The accommodation has a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge/freezer, which is located in the utility room along with cleaning equipment and plenty of storage space. There is a central vacuum cleaner with 2 outlets in the wall. For the little ones, there are 2 high chairs and 2 cots/mattress.

The activity room has a large pool table, bocce ball and various games. There is also a large sofa arrangement with a 65" smart TV and surround sound system for a fabulous movie theater atmosphere. From the activity room there is access to one loft and the other loft has access from the living room.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The beds are divided into 6 double beds, all measuring 180x200 cm, and 4 single beds measuring 90x200 cm, divided between the 2 large lofts in the house.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 70 cm induction hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are 2 bar stools along with the kitchen island.

The family room is equipped with a dining table with seating for 10 people and dimmable ceiling pendants. There is also a beautiful and cozy wood-burning stove.

The living room has a large sofa arrangement with a 65" smart TV with surround system and SONOS speaker for Bluetooth.

The kitchen-dining room and living room are contiguous at 50 m² without separation and provide a really fantastic gathering place.

There are 2 bathrooms. The large bathroom has a shower, toilet and large bathtub. The small bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The 3 smart TVs in the holiday home can receive at least 4 Danish, at least 4 Swedish, at least 4 Norwegian, at least 4 German and at least 4 English channels. Wireless Gigafiber internet (1000/1000 Mbit) is available, which is incredibly stable and covers the entire indoor and outdoor areas of the holiday home with SuperWifi.
