A changing room at the entrance makes it easy to organize your equipment, and the relaxation area next to the sauna offers perfect relaxation after the day's activities.

The cottage is furnished with care and style, from the airy, open-plan living room to the children's own TV room in the loft. Each room is designed for comfort and togetherness.

The surrounding garden is a delight for both eye and soul, with natural gathering places for both play and relaxation. Sit on the steps in the evening sun and enjoy the surroundings while the children play freely all around.

In the immediate area, you can hike along the historic Karolinervägen, fish in the nearby rapids and shop and eat in Åre. With ski slopes and nature just around the corner, this is the ultimate destination for all seasons.

For a comfortable stay, we recommend a maximum of 8 adults. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 children in addition to this. For the youngest there are two bunk beds and a single bed.
