Listen to the sound of the ocean when surrounded by rosemary

In the Rosemary House, nothing is missing. Here you sleep well, eat well and sit well. The coffee cups are nice to hold, the barbecue is easy to fire up, and should the worst happen, the utility room is also ready for a quick wash.

The heart of the cottage is the lovely kitchen-diner, where the fireplace warms up the room nicely.

Here, the living room is adorned with a mix of grandmothers' embroidered pictures, flea finds from Rødvig's local shop and simple but functional furniture.

In the bedrooms, you won't find much other than the bed you'll be sleeping in. There's room for rest and relaxation here, but just in case there are curious little ones with you, let them peek under the bed in the kids' room. Here they'll find toys for all ages and interests.

The garden is full of cosy little nooks and crannies, where adults can enjoy a glass of wine on one of the many benches, and children can play treasure hunt and den or swing. The garden is completely fenced in, so children can explore and adventure in the wild garden with strawberry path and scrub without the adults having to worry about them running off. In spring, the garden is full of ramsons, and as we move into summer, there are rhubarb and raspberries too. All year round there is oregano, thyme and of course rosemary. Homemade rosemary syrup is always in stock for drinks and desserts.

The Rosemary House undoubtedly invites you to all the good things that cottage life has to offer. You can go to bed with the window ajar and hear the waves crashing, and first thing in the morning you can light up the wood-burning stove and take your coffee to the garden. Let the peace descend.

The cottage offers firewood to light up on arrival. If more wood is needed during your stay, this can be arranged with the host.
