Hello, we are Birgit and Roland and live in Berlin. We discovered the village of Neu Plaue through our friends, who we visited there every year on vacation with our family - that's how we finally found our barn. The rural charm of the house with its paradisiacal garden blends seamlessly with nature. In our former barn, we love to spend time around the large wooden table in the dining and cooking area or tend to the colorful permaculture garden. The garden provides fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs, which we turn into delicious dishes in our restaurant in Berlin.
