We are Pia and Hans, and we own this beautiful cottage. On a daily basis, Pia works with counseling and investments, while Hans is an author, lecturer and lawyer. With a busy daily life, we enjoy coming out to our summer house, which we call Strandhuset. We love the peace, the silence, the sunsets and not least the water, where we take a morning dip every day.
We love kayaking on the Isefjord around the small islands and into Vellerup Vig and to Hammer Bakke Harbor. The water is also ideal for paddleboarding and windsurfing. There are also fantastic walks and bike rides throughout Hornsherred, where there are also many ancient monuments. We also love exploring the area's cafés, flea markets and visiting the island of Orø.
