The cottage is clad in lifelike wood and exposed beams, and furnished with personal touches, flea finds, plenty of candles and a wood-burning stove, which together create a warm and atmospheric setting. The house is organised with a staggered floor plan, which means that the sleeping area with a total of eight beds and the bathroom are raised four steps above the living room and kitchen.
Outside, you'll find the house's surrounding wooden terraces and a fantastic fire pit, as well as an outdoor sauna. The cottage's large natural grounds offer plenty of fun activities and cosy nooks, embraced by wild nature and birdsong.

We are Petur and Camilla, and we have had the cottage since 2014, where we enjoy going on weekends and holidays, and just taking things at a different pace. Our children also love to come on a trip to Mols with their friends and boyfriends. Over the years we have established recurring events, such as weekends with girlfriends with trips to Ebeltoft, gentlemen's weekends with tree felling on the grounds, Easter lunch for all cousins with egg races on the large grounds. We also love to come back and follow the seasons.
We love the area around Fuglsø, the beach and Trehøje. We love to go to Helgenæs, where the area around Sletterhage lighthouse is a favourite destination, especially if we have guests on a trip. Knebelbro and Tved we also find very charming. Butcher Kruse and the many flea markets are definitely some of our favourite places. We also often go to Ebeltoft and visit the Maltfabrikken and the many exciting shops with both second-hand gold and beautiful designs.
