Inside you will find a bright and welcoming atmosphere with a Nordic cottage feel. The house has an open kitchen and dining room, the heart of the home, where delicious meals can be made from locally sourced ingredients. The house is bright and painted white with ceilings and windows to kip in all rooms, and the light falls differently into the house from morning to evening. The house was renovated in the summer of 2023 with a new kitchen, new solid wood floors throughout and new beds in the three bedrooms.
Outside, there is a beautiful natural plot that calls for rubber boots and walks in the forest. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and nature while planning the day's activities.
In the area, there's a wonderful selection of things to do. Take a trip to the local beach café and enjoy a good cup of coffee or a homemade sourdough bun. There are also several good second-hand shops in the local area, and if you fancy a light supper, there are several good takeaways or restaurants nearby.

I enjoy city life and my apartment in Aalborg, but my sanctuary is the nature and tranquility of the North Sea.
I have chosen to decorate Skovhytten with an authentic and simple cottage atmosphere in mind, with soul - small cozy corners both inside and outside. The living room and kitchen are the heart of the house - where I love to cook or play games with the family by the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The nature calls for my rubber boots and 'forest work', walks in the forest or to the water. When I just need to relax, I find a glass of red wine and my knitting by the stove.
