Tiny house vibe at beach near Saksild home

At the end of a quiet little road lies this cosy, small classic cottage with a lovely, enclosed garden, real cottage atmosphere and a few minutes bike ride to two of Denmark's best beaches. With just 38 square metres, the house is a little haven of peace.

The cosy house feels airy with the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area all in one, and there's even room for a lovely kitchen with everything you need, a good-sized dining area with views of the green garden out of the large windows and two big, soft sofas to sink into while you read a good book. The house's light solid pine floors, white painted wooden walls and ceiling give a lovely light feel to the small house, and there is a lovely amount of light from the large windows in the living room.

There is also a cosy, intimate bedroom in true cottage style - small but good. The bathroom was only added to the house in 2019 - before this, the toilet in a former annex was out in the garden, so you had to go outside. So it's not quite as old-fashioned as it once was, but the old cottage feel and atmosphere has been retained in this cosy little house, just updated with a few modern conveniences, including the warm underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace with garden furniture for barbecues, a fire pit for cosying up in the flames and bikes you can borrow to cycle down to one of the lovely beaches nearby. The idyllic Rude Strand is just 3 minutes away by bike or ten on foot, and stunning Saksild Strand is a 6 minute bike ride away.
