The area offers great hiking at Klinten and Ordrup Næs, among other places. When it's bathing weather, you can walk along the living rooms 750 meters to the small beach at Lillero. You can also go to the public beach in Vig Lyng or drive to Gudmindrup beach, which is the best in the area. For city life, head to Nykøbing Sjælland, which has a pleasant shopping street, fine lunch restaurants, the cultural center Aneberg and the Michelin restaurant Mota.
