This spacious cottage with a pier house is beautifully located in the middle of a nature reserve by the sea. The south-facing position gives you optimal light and sun all day long. After a short walk through the woods, where you can enjoy the fresh air and birds chirping, you reach your own little oasis - the nature reserve as your closest neighbor.

Here you become a real neighbor to nature. Cliffs, cherry trees, gooseberries, apple trees and a small stream running through the property create a magical atmosphere. Hike in the reserve, pick berries and mushrooms, or relax on the terrace and listen to the silence.

The main house has room for everyone. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and shower, one with a 120 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two single mattresses. In addition, there is a loft with a single bed and a double bed. The brewhouse has a room with two single beds and a rustic desk with stool. The sauna building also has a loft with an incomparable view of the sea, perfect for relaxing and reading.

Right next to the property line, the real adventure begins. Climb on rocks with different climbing routes, swim in the sea from rock ledges at a height of 1-13 meters, or hike on the Sörmlandsleden trail that goes around the corner. Keep an eye out for seals, eagles and other animals in the area.
