Stubberup Gården is this absolutely stunning yellow thatched farm with history and charm. The property consists of three sections, which give you a total of 12 double rooms to use. Stubberup Gården is part of Aalholm Castle, and the surroundings are unique, scenic and quiet.

Aalholm Castle is one of Denmark's few preserved medieval castles and is a mighty fortress that will fascinate most people. The castle was built by the king and it belonged to the royal family from the end of the 13th century until 1725. The castle has been rebuilt several times over the years, and back in 1889 the castle underwent an extensive restoration. However, the buildings still bear an enormous imprint of the Middle Ages.

Stubberup Manor has been completely renovated, but still appears original and well preserved. The interior is stylish, the walls are painted in beautiful colours, there is a clear view of the wooden beams in the ceiling, and everything seems new and modern, but still with respect for the original, original expression. Just one kilometre from the farm lies the town of Nysted, which surprises most with its small, winding streets, charming houses and cosy harbour. The whole island offers a wealth of lovely, family-friendly beaches, good restaurants and fantastic nature experiences. Lolland is a place you won't forget.
