I am Yvonne and the hostess in our beautiful forester's house, which is owned by the Count's family von Wedel. As a trained chef and business administrator for hotels and gastronomy, our guests are especially close to my heart. After working for over ten years in many places at home and abroad, I was drawn back home. I missed the North German mentality, the "Schnack", the food and the family. With the former forester's lodge and its six apartments, I am already very close to my dream of owning my own small hotel, as I accompanied and helped build it during the development process.
