Idyllic summer oasis at Timrarö

Welcome to a summer cottage that is both simple and magnificent on Timrarö, a car-free island that is exciting and beautiful. There is almost everything here: sandy beaches, cliff baths, meadows, forests and fine viewpoints. Excursions to hidden gems keep you constantly curious, and the secret beach surrounded by hanging birches is a wonderful oasis on a scorching summer day.

The cottage consists of a main house of 34 sqm and a sleeping house of 20 sqm, as well as a small sauna of 5 sqm.

Visitors are overwhelmed by the sublime fusion of simplicity and grandeur. The houses, created by Enkelrum, face a sea whose shades are constantly changing. The living house offers a bathroom, kitchen and dining room, while the sleeping house contains two rooms and a toilet.

A staircase of 140 steps leads you down to a private dock where you can enjoy the sea. The proximity of rock pools and beaches means you can quickly take a dip when the sun is scorching. And the wood-burning sauna guarantees pure relaxation and an island feel.

Discover Timrarö, making small excursions to secret beaches and hidden gems. Don't forget to visit the hanging birches at the secret beach, they are a lovely oasis on a hot summer day. Note that there are no shops or restaurants on the island, which means that food and other necessities must be taken on the boat trip unless delivery is requested.
