I am Monika and together with my mother Ewa we welcome guests to the charming Älghuset on Älgö. We spend every summer here and carry both the landscape and Älgön deep in our hearts. Our wooden house is beautifully situated in the middle of the island and offers a fantastic view of the forests, the water and the surroundings. The beach and charming beach huts are within easy walking distance for a morning dip. Älgö's unique location combines nature experiences with proximity to Stockholm. Whether you enjoy the peace and quiet of the house or take a day trip to Stockholm, the city is easily accessible by public transportation. Our cozy wooden house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and borders the nature reserve on Älgö. Surrounded by untouched nature and local wildlife, the house offers a private atmosphere. In the morning the moose greets you and in the evening the sun bids a picturesque farewell on the horizon.
