The summers at Solbergstrand are something that my children and I share childhood memories of. Buying a box of freshly picked strawberries at Jordbærbua to take with you to the beach with a freshly baked loaf to enjoy a long, lazy summer day are experiences we as a family value highly in an otherwise busy everyday life.
When we are at the cabin, we like to visit Ramme Gård, which offers a delicious menu with good wine if we want a little extra pampering one evening. We also often wander away for a cup of coffee and a trip with the little ones for a farm visit, where you can see birds from all over the world, horses, pigs, goats and cows. On the way back, we like to buy vegetables and meat for today's dinner - which we enjoy on the veranda as often as possible.
