Terms and Conditions for Landfolk Club

Effective from 18 September 2024.

Before joining Landfolk Club, it is important that you read the following terms and conditions for your membership, so that you understand what your membership entails, including what you agree to by becoming a member.

Landfolk A/S (“we”, “us”, “our”), CVR no. DK42074640, Bülowsgade 68, 3rd floor, 8000 Aarhus, is responsible for Landfolk Club. Enquiries regarding Landfolk Club can be directed to Guest & Host Care support by calling +45 39 39 32 02 or by emailing support@landfolk.com.

Landfolk Club Membership and Benefits

As a member of Landfolk Club, you gain access to special membership benefits, as described here. The membership is free and can be cancelled at any time.

Gift Cards

Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for a stamp. However, if you pay for a stay partially or fully with a gift card, you will earn a stamp on your day of arrival.

Cancelled Bookings

If you or the host cancels a booking before the check-in time, in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy for the holiday home, you will not earn a stamp. If the cancellation deadline has passed and the stay has been fully paid for, you will earn a stamp even if you don’t check in.

Becoming a Member

You can sign up for Landfolk Club at landfolk.com. During registration, we ask for your first name, surname, email address, and a password, unless you register via third-party services such as Facebook or Google. We also ask you to accept these terms and conditions for Landfolk Club and consent to receive marketing from Landfolk. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by unsubscribing from Landfolk Club.

Once you have registered, we will send you a welcome email.

You must be at least 18 years old to obtain a Landfolk Club membership.

Profile Page

You can access your membership on landfolk.com by logging in with the email address you provided when registering your account. Under ‘My Landfolk’, you can view your stamps, update your personal information, and cancel your membership at any time under the ‘My Account’ tab.

How We Will Contact You

When you consent to marketing, you also consent to receiving content from Landfolk A/S through our marketing channels, such as emails.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership under ‘My Account’ at landfolk.com or by unsubscribing from Landfolk Club's newsletter.

Upon cancelling your membership, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, your membership cannot be considered cancelled, and you should contact customer service in order for them to help you complete the cancellation.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change the terms for earning, expiring, and using stamps, as well as the other membership benefits, including phasing out benefits and introducing new ones, which may affect already earned stamps and benefits. We may also make ongoing changes regarding how we process your personal data. Significant changes to the Landfolk Club membership and benefits will be notified in writing to the provided email address before the changes take effect, so it is important that you keep your contact information up to date under ‘My Landfolk’ on landfolk.com. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to cancel your Landfolk Club membership before the changes take effect. Non-significant changes and changes to membership benefits can be implemented without notice.

The Membership is Personal and Must Not Be Misused

The membership of Landfolk Club is personal and can only be used by individuals for private purposes. You may, of course, book stays for yourself, members of your household, or as gifts for others, provided that your Landfolk Club membership is not used by others and purchases are not made for resale. We reserve the right to terminate your Landfolk Club membership immediately and cancel any future bookings that violate the applicable membership terms and conditions, if there is reason to believe that the membership is being misused.

Special Terms for Employees and Stays Paid For by Landfolk

Landfolk employees and stays that are paid for by Landfolk are not eligible for earning stamps or rewards.
