If you can’t travel due to governmental changes in travel restrictions, we’ll refund you in full- no matter which standard cancellation policy applied at the point of booking.

Get a full refund if you can’t travel

You can now book a holiday home with mind at ease and if at some point travel restrictions apply to the area you live in or the area you’re traveling to, we’ll refund you in full, including our service fee. You can get a full refund if:

• It’s illegal for you to travel to your booked summer house from your location
• It’s illegal for you to stay in your booked summer house

If the above doesn’t apply to you, our usual terms & conditions and cancellation policies apply. See the listing page of the individual summer house or your booking confirmation email to check what your cancellation policy is.

How to cancel your booking if you can’t travel

If you wish to cancel your booking due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, please tell us as soon as possible by writing to support@landfolk.com. Our Guest & Host Care team will then help you with the cancellation process and make sure you get a full refund.

Why you can feel safe in our summer houses

When you arrive, the summer house will always be thoroughly cleaned, and we follow the authorities’ guidelines to reduce the risk of infection. In most Landfolk summer houses, it is not necessary to meet with the host physically on arrival and departure, because of the use of key box or door code at the house.
