The rewards might change between the time you apply and the time your holiday home is published. In that case, it's the rewards that are valid at the time of publishing that apply.
Landfolk Club
Questions about Landfolk Club membership and benefits.
You need to be a member of Landfolk Club upon check-in at the holiday home to receive your reward.
Once you've collected 10 stamps, you'll unlock a bonus night in a holiday home. The value of your bonus night equals the average value of your previously booked nights (before taxes and fees). All you need to pay are the taxes and fees.
Fallen for a home that costs more? Simply pay the difference. Fallen for one that costs less? Great – but the leftover value won't be paid out to you. Just a heads-up: rewards and bonus nights expire if you haven't completed a booking through Landfolk within the last 12 months.
However, you don't earn stamps for bookings that have been completed before you became a member.
Rewards, however, do expire if not used within one year of unlocking them — which happens when you reach stamp number four, seven or ten.
Many of our new gems choose to have an exclusive good price for the first three bookings to get an extra fast start as hosts.
When the first seven days have passed after the holiday home was published on landfolk.com, the holiday home is then available for all to see and book.
If you decide to rejoin the club, your previously earned stamps are reactivated.
If you have a confirmed booking in the future when you become a member, you earn a stamp when you check in.
Landfolk for Business

General questions
Questions about hosting your holiday home on Landfolk.
Once we have looked it all through, we give you a call to talk more about your holiday home and what it means to be part of Landfolk. We then tailor your holiday home profile based on the information you have given us. We make a lot of effort to convey the place you'd like to share in the best way possible. Our copywriter provides good, descriptive text, and we are also more than happy to edit your photos.
As soon as the profile is ready, you get a link to My Landfolk, where you can set your prices and update the calendar to reflect your availability, to get some good and relevant booking requests from sweet guests.
As a Landfolk host, you also get the option to order professional photography at a special price and pay with your next booking.

In addition, you also have the option to activate extended marketing which allows you to also get bookings from other platforms and not just from Landfolk, which will give you more bookings without needing to manage several profiles.
We want to inspire people to visit holiday homes at all times of the year and tune into a new holiday home experience. We love to celebrate every single home on Landfolk and share them far and wide – and we love when you as a host help to tell others about your Landfolk holiday home.
That said, we would like to bet that you will be bitten by the amazing feeling it is to experience the joy of others to be allowed to live in one's holiday home. We hear this again and again from our hosts, and we think that is one of the very best things about what we do. That we all love holiday home life and share that joy with each other.
At Landfolk, the guest's price always includes preparation and final cleaning. If it is you who cleans, you set the price for cleaning and the amount will be included in your payment. Conversely, if we are responsible for it, we set the price and settle directly with the guest.

You always set the price for your holiday home yourself. But we are here as host experts to assist you in optimising your prices and understanding the market trends.

We know that setting a price for your holiday home can be difficult. That is why we have that assists you in deciding on the base price for your holiday home. We've also built a system that helps you set the prices according to the seasons.
Once the price is set, Landfolk takes a 5% host fee from you as the host and adds a guest fee on top of the price that the guest has to pay to cover our costs.
You can also always have a chat with someone from the Landfolk team, who will gladly explain how it all works.

You can't publish your holiday home before you have obtained your CIN, but feel free to apply to become part of Landfolk and prepare your profile, while you wait for your CIN.

3. The holiday home owner uses your link to apply to become a host and goes through the application process. If they're accepted then:

Insurance
